Events

Events are at the Nordahl Grieg Lodge, 6-52, 580 West Parr Avenue, Los Gatos, CA 95030, Unless otherwise indicated.

Major events:

• Lutefisk & Meatball Dinner on Friday and Saturday of the first weekend in December.
  There are several days of preparations for this dinner.  Lutefisk Planning Pages can be found at this link, including a reservation form.
• Monthly Social Evenings on Friday evenings once per month, including dinner and an interesting program.
• Christmas Party Social on the Friday after Lutefisk Dinner.
• Anniversary Dinner - Each year in February.  The Lodge celebrated its 65th Anniversary
  in 2011.
• Syttende Mai - 17th of May Celebration - Norwegian Constitution Day.
• Monthly business meetings on Friday evenings once per month.

In addition, there are Norwegian events in the Bay Area and Sons of Norway District 6 that many members participate in, including:

• Norway Day in San Francisco.  Major festival on the weekend about May 1st.
• Kretstevne at Alta, CA in the Sierra foothills.  Labor Day weekend camping and partying at District 6's Camp Norge near Alta, CA.
